A starting point with a defined scope.

These figures are indicative planning prices in New Zealand dollars. They are not fixed quotes or a promise of availability. Each starting price relates to the limited scope described below, rather than every possible version of the service.

The planning ranges allow for increases in equipment, staffing and programme complexity. They are not an asserted New Zealand market average. A larger or highly customised brief may fall outside the range.

Read these assumptions first

Starting prices assume an Auckland urban venue, ordinary weekday or evening access, level loading and sufficient setup and pack-down time. They exclude venue hire and the additional items listed below. Other New Zealand locations require a specific travel and supplier assessment.

GST treatment will be confirmed in your written proposal. The proposal will state the tax treatment and total payable, including any applicable GST and mandatory charges, before you decide whether to book.

  • Two entertainment tables with the required activity equipment

  • Ordinary delivery, setup and pack-down at a suitable Auckland urban venue

What changes the price

Extra tables and croupiers, longer activity windows, custom print and surrounding décor increase the scope. The starting arrangement is not sized for 75 guests participating at once.

A two-hour prepared quiz or low-equipment challenge programme for up to 20 guests.

Included in the starting scope

  • One facilitator and prepared activity content
  • Basic team materials and a simple sequence of rounds
  • Ordinary setup and pack-down; suitable venue tables and usable venue AV assumed

What changes the price

Custom writing, digital systems, additional facilitators, specialist equipment and outdoor activities are separate. The price grows with the number of simultaneous teams and the level of adaptation.

Galas, awards, launches & conference production

A compact three-hour presentation and social programme for up to 40 guests in a venue with suitable furniture and presentation space.

Included in the starting scope

  • One event coordinator, an agreed running order and technical setup crew
  • One stock presentation backdrop, small PA and microphone, basic projection
  • A limited accent-lighting treatment, ordinary installation and removal

What changes the price

An MC, complex show calling, continuous specialist technical operation, performers, raised staging, custom sets, large LED displays, recording and livestreaming require separate pricing. Awards and launch props are not included.

Themed, seasonal & private event styling

A three-hour gathering for up to 30 guests with one focused décor area and on-site coordination.

Included in the starting scope

  • One stock backdrop and a small coordinated selection of hired props
  • Basic accent lighting and one event coordinator
  • A room layout, ordinary setup and pack-down

What changes the price

This band covers Hollywood, Gatsby, masquerade, retro, tropical, winter and Christmas styling with similar equipment needs. Hosted tables, scripts, character performers, costumes, extensive florals and bespoke fabrication are added separately.

Outdoor, festival & adult community programmes

Explore this service

A three-hour programme for up to 30 guests using an existing covered venue area with level access, toilets and power.

Included in the starting scope

  • One coordinator and one activity host
  • Two low-equipment activity zones, simple wayfinding and a compact PA
  • Site layout, ordinary installation and removal, and an agreed weather decision process

What changes the price

Marquees, flooring, generators, site permissions, security, special attractions and weather-proof infrastructure are not included. Extra zones, larger attendance, difficult access and longer coverage require a larger scope.

The venue and hospitality

Venue hire, catering, alcohol and other beverages, special licences or permissions, security, cleaning beyond agreed equipment pack-down, and venue-imposed charges.

Travel and site access

Travel outside the stated Auckland base, freight, accommodation, parking or restricted loading charges, stairs or unusual handling, and access outside normal agreed hours.

Specialist production

Third-party entertainers, a dedicated MC, photography or videography, specialist technical operators, major staging, large-format LED walls, custom fabrication and extensive branded installations.

Outdoor infrastructure

Marquees, flooring, generators, heating, additional toilets, barriers and weather-rated infrastructure. These need a site-specific assessment rather than a generic allowance.

From a band to a proposal

Plan with the details that matter.

Does the starting price cover 75 guests or eight hours?
No. Those are our maximum service limits. Each starting price has its own smaller guest count and shorter programme. More equipment, staff, activity rotations and coverage are priced for your actual event.
Can we combine two service families?
Yes. We prepare one combined scope and identify any shared coordination or equipment. The result is assessed as a whole; adding two displayed starting prices does not automatically produce an accurate quote.
What details help you price accurately?
Send the date, location, guest estimate, event duration, preferred format and budget. Include venue access times, existing equipment and any catering or entertainment already booked.
What if our budget is below the range?
Tell us the available production budget and the elements that matter most. We can discuss whether a smaller viable scope is available. We will not imply that an extensive event is included in a limited starting package.
When are payment and cancellation terms agreed?
They are included in the written proposal or booking agreement before acceptance. Supplier commitments and bespoke work can affect the terms. An enquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation.
