Make it easy to join in
The first few minutes set the tone. A croupier welcomes guests, explains the activity in plain language and helps the first group get started. People can watch before joining, ask questions and change tables without needing any previous experience.
Blackjack-style, roulette-style and poker-themed activities offer different rhythms. We recommend a mix around how much space you have, how many guests want to participate at once and whether entertainment runs continuously or between other parts of the evening. The final selection is recorded in your proposal.
Build the right table plan
Our starting scope is a two-hour activity window with two hosted tables for around 20–30 guests, with participation in rotation. It includes the table equipment, two croupiers, ordinary setup and pack-down at a suitable Auckland venue. Additional tables and longer host coverage are scoped for larger groups.
For up to 75 guests, we map active positions and space for people waiting or talking nearby. Table entertainment can sit inside an evening of up to eight hours; this does not mean every croupier works an eight-hour shift or that a two-table starting scope accommodates everyone at once.
Before doors open
We agree load-in, check the table layout and brief the hosts on the running order. The venue must provide suitable access, stable indoor floors and clear guest circulation.
During the evening
A short welcome leads into open table activity or timed rotations. We allow for dinner, speeches and quiet breaks, with a named contact to coordinate timing changes.
At the close
Hosts finish activities at the agreed time, help clear the area and remove the supplied equipment. Venue access must remain available for pack-down after guests finish.
Indicative planning price

A focused two-table programme is the starting point. More tables, extended hosting, custom materials, room styling and travel increase the scope.
The table count and croupier coverage are priced for your participation plan. Room hire, catering and travel outside the Auckland base are separate; GST treatment is stated in the written proposal. Review the activity window before adding a longer evening programme.
