Roll Folk organises themed offline events for corporate groups and private hosts in New Zealand. Our service brings the event idea together with the practical work: programme planning, equipment, styling, hosts and coordination within an agreed scope.
We work with the purpose of your gathering before choosing the visual treatment. A company milestone, a launch and an informal team evening need different rhythms. We help connect those choices with the room, the guest numbers and the budget.
Clarity from the first conversation.
The proposal should make it easy to understand what you are booking. We identify inclusions, supplier roles, setup assumptions, programme duration and optional additions. A date is confirmed through a written booking process, after availability and the event requirements have been assessed.
Our guest programmes are for adults aged 20 and over, with up to 75 guests and up to eight hours of event time. Auckland is the base for the indicative scopes on our pricing page; other New Zealand locations are assessed for travel, supplier availability and venue suitability.
