Give everyone a way in

Good company. A shared challenge.

Bring people together with hosted quizzes, collaborative tasks and light activity. We design a programme with clear instructions, manageable group sizes and room for different ways of taking part.

Choose participation over pressure

Some groups know each other well; others are meeting across departments for the first time. We use that context to select the pace and task style. A seated quiz can suit a mixed-mobility group, while a rotation of practical challenges can create more movement and informal conversation.

The host explains each activity before it begins, checks that teams understand the task and keeps the sequence moving. Where possible, we offer roles such as reader, recorder, spokesperson or observer so participation does not depend on physical speed or comfort speaking in front of a room. Share specific access needs during planning.

Shape the challenge around your people

Quiz and game nights can combine general knowledge with a short, approved company round. Sports-inspired events can use team colours and skill-based stations without requiring intense exercise. A murder mystery belongs in a more story-led programme; we assess script length, character involvement and performer requirements separately.

The starting programme covers up to 20 guests for two hours with one facilitator, a prepared quiz or low-equipment challenge sequence and basic activity materials. A suitable room, tables and venue AV are assumed. More facilitators, proprietary digital systems, custom content, outdoor equipment or 75-person rotations add cost.

Set the purpose

Choose whether the priority is meeting new colleagues, celebrating a team milestone or having a relaxed social evening. We avoid claiming that one activity delivers a measurable workplace outcome.

Agree the team structure

We consider group sizes, accessible roles, venue acoustics and how teams move between tasks. Timing includes instructions and reset time, not just activity rounds.

End together

A short shared close gives the group a clear finish before food or social time. The host can acknowledge participation and memorable moments without putting individuals on the spot.

Indicative planning price

From NZ$950

A prepared, lightly equipped programme keeps the base scope focused. Custom questions, extra facilitators, specialist attractions and travel are additional.

The final estimate follows the number of teams, facilitator coverage and amount of custom content. Venue hire, refreshments and travel outside the Auckland base are additional. GST treatment is confirmed in the proposal alongside any AV that needs to be supplied.

Before the brief

Practical questions.

Can you include questions about our organisation?
Yes. You provide approved facts and avoid confidential or sensitive personal information. We agree the number of custom questions and a review deadline; research and extensive custom writing are separately scoped.
What if someone cannot take part in a physical task?
Tell us the participation needs in advance. We can consider seated alternatives, different team roles or a format with less movement. Venue accessibility and specialist support need to be confirmed with the relevant provider.
Can this fit into a conference break?
A shorter hosted segment can be planned, but a compact timetable changes the number and complexity of activities. We coordinate with the conference organiser so instructions and movement do not overrun the available slot.
Do we need a screen or sound system?
It depends on the programme and room. The starting scope assumes usable venue AV where needed. If equipment must be supplied, the proposal lists it and the related setup requirements.

What would bring your team together?

Tell us about the group, the available activity window and any participation needs. We’ll suggest a practical format and the facilitation required to run it.
