How your event could unfold.

A programme becomes easier to picture when the arrival, activity windows and closing moments are placed in order. These scenarios are starting points for a tailored brief.

The following are possible event programmes, not accounts of completed bookings. Timings and numbers are planning choices that can be adjusted within our service limits.

01 / A possible company evening

Meet, mingle,
join the tables.

For a company social gathering of around 40 adult guests, with four hours available and a venue that can separate table activity from refreshments.

The organising goal

Give colleagues a shared activity without requiring everyone to participate continuously. The format leaves room for conversations and a short company thank-you.

  1. Arrival · 30 minutes. Guests settle into the room, meet the hosts and find refreshments arranged with the venue.
  2. Welcome · 15 minutes. The organiser introduces the occasion and explains the shape of the evening.
  3. Hosted table programme · 90 minutes. Three suitably chosen tables give groups different places to join. Croupiers welcome newcomers and support rotation.
  4. Company moment · 15 minutes. Activity pauses for a short thank-you or announcement.
  5. Social time and final activity · 60 minutes. Guests return to conversation or a final hosted window before the agreed close.
  6. Close · 30 minutes. Activities finish and the room shifts towards departure, followed by separately scheduled pack-down.

Production choices: three hosted tables, a welcome point, a compact sound system if the room needs it, and a coordinator to link the activity windows. The venue provides suitable hospitality space. This exceeds the two-table starting scope.

02 / A possible recognition evening

Give achievements
their moment.

For around 60 adult guests, a five-hour evening and a venue with a clear presentation area and dining or reception space.

The organising goal

Make the formal sequence easy to follow, then release the room into a more relaxed celebration. The event needs accurate content and coordinated technical cues.

  1. Arrival and portraits · 45 minutes. An approved backdrop provides a focal point while guests gather.
  2. Welcome and seating · 15 minutes. The host brings attention to the presentation area.
  3. Dinner or reception service · 60 minutes. Catering is arranged separately and coordinated with the venue.
  4. Awards sequence · 60 minutes. Approved names, slides and presenters follow a rehearsed order with time for transitions.
  5. Entertainment and conversation · 90 minutes. An agreed activity or booked performer changes the pace after the formal programme.
  6. Final thanks and departure · 30 minutes. The organiser closes the evening before equipment removal begins.

Production choices: presentation backdrop, speech audio, projection, accent lighting, event coordination and technical cue support. An MC, photographer, catering and entertainment are separately selected. The larger group and longer coverage require a proposal above the compact starting band.

03 / A possible outdoor team gathering

A shared afternoon,
with space to move.

For around 30 adult colleagues, a three-hour programme and an existing covered venue area with a usable adjoining outdoor space.

The organising goal

Create an informal team gathering with short activity rounds and social time. A covered fallback keeps the plan practical when conditions change.

  1. Arrival and briefing · 30 minutes. Guests are introduced to the site, team structure and activity choices.
  2. First activity rotation · 45 minutes. Two low-equipment zones allow teams to alternate between tasks.
  3. Refreshment break · 30 minutes. The group pauses in the covered area. Food and beverages are separately arranged.
  4. Second activity window · 45 minutes. Teams try the remaining activity or a seated alternative suited to the group.
  5. Shared close · 30 minutes. A final team moment leads into departure and site handover.

Production choices: one coordinator, one activity host, simple signage and a compact PA. The organiser and venue confirm cover, power, toilets and weather decisions. Larger attractions, marquees and special infrastructure are additional.
