Choose the mood before the props
A corporate Christmas party can be a relaxed social evening, a formal dinner with recognition or an active team celebration. We begin with that choice, then select the décor. Seasonal colours and light can carry the room without overwhelming a venue that already has a strong character.
Tropical island styling brings foliage, colour and a more informal rhythm. Winter wonderland can use white and silver surfaces, soft light and a concentrated feature area. We choose materials and installations suited to the actual venue; effects, suspended pieces and anything affecting floors need prior approval.
Protect the useful time together
Year-end events often need a thank-you speech, food service and entertainment within a short window. We leave clear space for each so a presentation does not interrupt guests halfway through an activity. A written sequence also helps the venue and caterer plan their work.
A compact three-hour styling and coordination scope for up to 30 guests starts with a stock backdrop, selected hired props, basic accent lighting and one coordinator. Hosted tables, a quiz, entertainers or a larger installation can be added. Up to 75 guests and eight-hour programmes require a revised staffing and equipment plan.
Check the date and access
Availability must be confirmed for the venue, crew and chosen equipment. Share setup restrictions, closing times and any other events using the same room.
Coordinate the seasonal details
We agree the palette, focal décor and activity plan, then set a deadline for brand artwork and guest communications. Hired items are subject to availability until booked.
Bring the celebration to a clean finish
The programme includes a final activity time and a practical pack-down window. We identify which décor is removed by our team and which items belong to you or the venue.

From NZ$2,500
Seasonal styling shares the compact themed-production band. Peak-date supplier availability, larger installations and additional entertainment can move the price materially.
Your chosen date, hired décor availability and entertainment mix shape the final proposal. It will confirm GST treatment and distinguish seasonal styling from added activities. Venue hire, food, beverages and travel outside the Auckland base need separate allowances.
