Start with the guest experience
Some hosts want a clear activity to bring the group together; others want a beautiful room and unhurried conversation. Tell us what your guests enjoy and how well they know each other. We can shape an arrival, a hosted activity window and a personal moment without making the whole evening feel tightly scheduled.
A private venue, hired function room or suitable home each comes with different practical questions. We review access, furniture, power, neighbours, weather exposure and the space available after food service is allowed for. Our business address is a contact address, not a bookable event venue.
Select only the production you need
For a table-led celebration, the casino-themed entertainment band provides a focused equipment and croupier scope. For a broader visual treatment, the styled-event band starts with a stock backdrop, selected props, basic accent lighting and one coordinator for up to 30 guests over three hours. These are alternative starting points; combining them requires a combined proposal.
Our private programmes accommodate adults aged 20 and over, with a maximum of 75 guests and up to eight hours of agreed event time. We discuss access needs, seating, activity intensity and a quieter area during planning. Larger houses and outdoor settings may still need a professional venue assessment for the intended equipment.

Tell us who the evening is for, your preferred mood and any surprise elements. We agree a single planning contact and what can be shared with suppliers.
Confirm the household or venue boundaries
We identify permitted areas, delivery access, noise limits and the finish time. Furniture moves, cleaning and rubbish arrangements are assigned explicitly.

A toast, speech or short recognition can anchor the evening. We allow a clear window and identify who cues it, without making assumptions about private family details.
Indicative planning price
From NZ$2,500
This starting point is for compact styling and coordination. A focused hosted-table programme instead starts from NZ$1,200; a combined evening is priced as a combined scope.
We price around the actual setting and the parts you want us to handle. Access at a home can differ from a function venue and may affect installation costs. GST treatment is confirmed in writing; venue hire, food, beverages and travel outside the Auckland base are separate.
