Make room for the message

A setting that supports what you have to say.

Introduce a product, bring a conference group together or make networking easier. We align presentation space, brand details and social activity with the purpose of your gathering.

Keep the focal point clear

A launch begins with what the audience needs to see and understand. We discuss the product dimensions, display needs, demonstration sequence and any handling restrictions before selecting a backdrop or lighting treatment. The feature should remain visible when guests are standing in the room.

For conference entertainment, we work around the organiser’s programme rather than filling every break. A short hosted activity, a themed breakout area or an evening social segment can give delegates a change of pace. Timings, noise levels and speaker access must remain compatible with the main sessions.

Make networking feel natural

Networking often needs less instruction and better room planning. We consider where guests arrive, collect name badges, find refreshments and start a conversation. A compact activity can provide an introduction, while quieter lounge areas allow people to continue talking away from the main sound system.

The compact production starting point covers a three-hour gathering of up to 40 guests with one coordinator, a presentation backdrop, a small PA and microphone, basic projection and accent lighting. Product transport, display fabrication, demonstrators, livestreaming and specialist technical operators are separately assessed. Programmes can expand to 75 guests and eight hours.

Approve the brand material

You provide final artwork, display content and product claims. We confirm usable formats, print dimensions and approval deadlines before suppliers begin production.

Rehearse the important transition

A reveal, demonstration or speaker handover deserves a planned cue. We allow an agreed technical check and identify who can authorise a change on the day.

Connect formal and social time

We plan when guests can approach displays, ask questions and move into networking. Where a product needs supervision, that staffing requirement is included explicitly.

Indicative planning price

From NZ$4,500

Use the formal-production band for a compact presentation. Additional displays, video production, registration staff, feature lighting and technical complexity change the proposal.

Screen visibility, product display requirements and technical cue complexity influence the estimate. The proposal sets out GST treatment and any specialist equipment or operators. Venue hire, catering and travel outside the Auckland base are additional to the compact production scope.

Before the brief

Practical questions.

Can you use our existing exhibition materials?
Yes, subject to their condition, dimensions and safe installation method. Send photographs and specifications so we can plan transport, setup and the surrounding layout.
Is livestreaming included?
No. Cameras, streaming platforms, recording permissions, internet provision and specialist operators require a separate scope. We can discuss coordination with your chosen technical supplier.
Can the event work during a business day?
We can build a shorter arrival and presentation sequence around a daytime schedule. The venue must still allow enough setup and technical-check time before guests enter.
Who approves product statements and presentation content?
Your nominated representative approves the accuracy and rights for product claims, brand material and speaker content. Roll Folk coordinates the agreed event presentation and production elements.
